Now Hiring - Inside Sales Representative-Global Electronics Components Distributer 33077 in Livonia, MI

An international supplier of electric components in the southeastern Livonia, MI area is currently searching for an Inside Sales Representative to support their sales department. The ideal candidate will have at least 1-3 years of Inside Sales, Sales Support, or Customer Service experience in a manufacturing environment. This is a full-time, direct hire position.

Inside Sales Representative Responsibilities Include:

• Interact with customers and clients in regard to order status, logistics tracking, questions and issues, etc.
• Assist with product pricing and provide quotations to customers
• Recommend additional products / services to established customers
• Assist with the creation and updating of marketing materials such as presentations, brochures, etc.
• Issue purchase orders and maintain documentation of sales activities and inventory levels
• Interface with other departments and offices to ensure timely delivery of products
• Creation of sales reports for upper management
• Other duties as assigned

Inside Sales Representative Requirements Include:

• Minimum Associate's degree in a business-related field preferred, OR equivalent work experience
• Minimum 1-3 years' experience in Inside Sales or Customer Support, preferably in an automotive and / or manufacturing environment
• Good computer skills and proficiency in applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and part of a group
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills
• While performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, lift in excess of 25 pounds with a lift assist, climb stairs, use hands to handle or feel parts/equipment, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk and hear. You may also be required to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and peripheral vision.
